b. Payment information for membership dues will be processed through a third-party payment processing company called Stripe. Payment information is stored on Stripe's servers and will only be stored for renewal purposes. You have the option to opt-out of automatic membership dues renewal.

c. Email addresses provided during account registration will be used to communicate important information regarding your account, regardless of email subscription preferences.

 

User Information

a. Personal identifying information collected during the registration process, including first name, last name, home address, birthdate, and telephone number, is stored by the Bonita Springs Historical Society and may be used for marketing communications and profile segmentation purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

User Purchases

a. Users have the ability to purchase goods through the Website. Payment for purchases made through our online shop will be processed by a third-party company called Stripe. Payment information will not be stored on our servers.

User Feedback

a. The Bonita Springs Historical Society welcomes user feedback on the Website or its services. By providing feedback, you grant the Bonita Springs Historical Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such feedback without any compensation or credits given to the provider or any affiliates.

a. b. Certain historical images displayed on the Website are not directly owned by the Bonita Springs Historical Society. The Bonita Springs Historical Society does not claim ownership over these images but respects their historical significance and strives to provide educational value to its users.

Severability
